Turns out there was another update for the web version:

• Fixed bug where Up + Light attack wouldn't work.
• Changed camera shake to be less erratic.
• Added a training mode! All special attacks are available and meter regeneration is increased
• Landing animation after jump can now be cancelled by moving, crouching, or attacking.
